| Job Description |
|
Set clear objectives and a strategy to enhance service levels and technical ability. Reduce warranties by investigation and the formulation and implementation of sound technical and economically viable solutions. Reduction of subcontract work by developing ‘in house’ capabilities Support to production on ‘problem’ jobs Development of ‘test routines’ and equipment to enhance reliability of repairs. Ensure compliance of Company procedures by all staff. Motivation: This position calls for a highly committed, determined and well-motivated person who is willing to work long hours often at short notice. Flexibility & Adaptability: The position calls for the person to adapt not only to the Company, Service and Quality Policies, but also its culture. An ability to adapt to new or redefined arrangement, skills and working circumstances is also required. |
