We are looking to recruit a small team of experienced and professional HR Advisors who have a background within Generalist HR advice / management. This is a new concept for a local based organisation who provide telephone and online outsourced HR services to external clients of varying size and background on a national level. The main responsibilities of the role will be; *To manage and respond to queries, covering all areas of the employment relationship. Advisers are required to manage their own time effectively in order to complete workload and meet deadlines. You will have a minimum of 2 - 3 years exposure and experience of working within a general HR advisory role. CIPD is preferred, but experience in the role is paramount. All organisation backgrounds will be considered, but you must be able to have a broad knowledge of all HR related issues.
