Our client based in Todmorden requires experienced skilled Moulders to join their foundry
The work will involve the preparation of moulds for iron and steel castings, and the finishing of those castings prior to machining.
Applicants should be flexible in their approach and prepared to undertake a variety of tasks .
Applicants should have served a recognised apprenticeship, and be qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3
Experience of conventional sand moulding techniques is essential.
Experience of modern furnace & alkaline phenolic self setting sand systems and using loose mouldings, producing wear resistant castings of up to 25 tonnes. |
