The Works has been a provider of industrial and commercial personnel to the company now since April 2010. Since that time our key account contact and her colleague have provided an outstanding service to the business.
DENSO Marston is a Tier 1 supplier of automotive cooling systems to the off highway OEM Market for agricultural, construction and electric power generation markets. The company has c750 employees on site and is an integrated design and manufacturing facility.
The Works have established themselves as a key supplier to the business and offer a hands on proactive service to the supply of industrial labour to the company. The Works understand our complex manufacturing site and are able to supply suitable staff quickly for a range of technical skills or aptitude. This will include vacancies for:
General operatives
Semi skilled or skilled machine setters/operators
Welders
Maintenance technicians
Logistics personnel
I would also be confident to be able to hand The Works other assignments including office based or other engineering personnel. I would consider them capable of them being able to handle well a large volume, fast paced, and complex manufacturing or distribution account. They have had to up to 60 personnel on site at any one time with low or minimal turnover and absence.
They provide regular updates on service and are able to deliver KPI reports to demonstrate service levels. They also communicate well with their workforce and the staff who work for them report a high level of satisfaction with the service they receive.
